V3 Construction Pte Ltd was established in 1984 as a general building contractor. Founded by its Director, Mr Michael Yap, V3 has grown from a small construction firm to one of the more established construction firms in Singapore.

The business revolves around new, upgrading and addition & alteration building works. The projects undertaken include commercial, industrial and residential. Our success and growth in the past years have been attributed to the quality of our people. The key management personnel have been working together as a team since the inception of the company. The mutual understanding and the cohesiveness of the team have been responsible for the high level of operational efficiency by the Company.

Over the years we have also built strong linkages with our sub-contractors which further enhance our competitive advantages.

Committed to delivering quality projects with a competitive edge, we ventured into certifications including ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System attained in 1999, Systems OHSMS 18001: 2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management attained in 2006, bizSAFE star attained in 2009 and ISO 14001: 2004 Environment Management Systems attained in 2010.

The management and staff of V3 will continue to work diligently together to bring the company to greater heights.
